Amberly is an independent audiologist (BSc hons, Pg cert, RCCP, HCPC) and has over 17 years working experience. Her training and experience have been comprehensive working in NHS hospitals as a local manager, senior, paediatric and lead audiologist as well as at private dispensaries.
Unlike a hearing aid dispenser, she has the clinical expertise to diagnose, treat and monitor all levels and types of hearing problems for both adults and children and can provide rehabilitation and counselling for hearing loss for individuals as well as their families. Amberly is able to see both children and adults in her clinics.
Being a tinnitus UK expert, she can offer tinnitus assessment, management, and rehabilitation. Amberly has a Masters in Auditory Processing Disorder - she is currently one of around 10 people in the UK who can diagnose this disorder.
She also performs micro suction, dry tool wax removal, hearing assessments, dispenses private hearing aids, and makes customised ear protection for noisy environments in addition to swim moulds.
She believes in true patient-centred care, the patient she is treating is not just an ear, their lifestyle and abilities are considered for the personalised care she offers.
Amberly has developed a close and good local network with medical and holistic professionals over the years to support your care in the most beneficial way.

Stacey is the nerve centre being the administrator for the business and the first contact for the majority of patients.
Stacey has personal knowledge of hearing impairment and how meeting each individual's hearing requirements is critical to their well-being. She provides the best possible service to alleviate any concerns as early as possible.

Oliver is our newest member of the team. With a background in healthcare, he is a fully qualified hearing care assistant, performing micro suction, hearing assessments and repairs. Oliver is very patient focused in his care and is already becoming popular with our patients.

Auditory processing disorder (APD) is a hearing problem that affects around 3–5% of school-aged children. Children with this condition, also known as central auditory processing disorder (CAPD), can't understand what they hear in the same way other kids do. This is because their ears and brain don't fully coordinate. They may have difficulty understanding sounds, including spoken words.
There's no cure for auditory processing disorder (APD) but there are things that can help.
Amberly is proud to hold a Masters in Auditory Processing Disorder - and is currently one of around 10 people in the UK who can diagnose this disorder.
